CEK’s
Fitness Kickboxing Training Program is a dynamic,
exciting and fun way to get in shape or to improve
your current fitness level. Karate and boxing have
been proven for years to tone and strengthen your
body, as well as improve flexibility, coordination
and balance. The kickboxing program that CEK offers
is developed by one of the top ranked welterweight
kickboxers in the world, along with professional
Boxing coaches, Kickboxing/Thai Boxing coaches and
certified fitness conditioning instructors.
This program includes a clear break down of
each technique, as well as the proper way to apply
these skills.
This program requires no previous martial
arts experience.
