Parents:
Did
you know that martial
arts training will give your child
the self-confidence needed to deal with the challenges
of a new school year and peer pressure? At Competitive
Edge Karate,
we train our students for excellence in a controlled,
safe environment. Here, they learn how to fall down and
get up, how to take risks, learn from mistakes and
celebrate successes. They receive opportunities to teach
and run classes, to make independent decisions, and they
learn how to persevere for the long term. They develop
qualities and skills that will serve them well both in
childhood and as adults. At CEK, our motto is—skills
are learned and belts are earned. But in our
school, karate is more than striving
for a black belt. CEK teaches skills beyond
martial arts. We teach skills that give
our students the edge for life.

CEK offers a martial arts training
system that is dynamic, challenging and exciting for
children, teens, and adults. We teach a modern style of
martial arts, masterfully interwoven with practical
techniques that offer matchless skill, a fitness
kickboxing program that was developed by a World Ranked
Kickboxing Champion and adult self-defense/personal
protection classes for today's student. Competitive
Edge Karate combines four disciplines to provide a
well-rounded training system: Tae Kwon Do, American
Karate, Kali, and Jiu-Jitsu.
